We want you to love your MellowStep heated slippers. If they are not right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to return

Email us at joliebeauty.th@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Condition

Items should be unused, clean and in their original box with the USB cable included.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra business days to show the refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or does not work, email us with a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
